**Location:** London, GB

This hands-on Hack Day brings together technologists from the Campaign Lab community to build lightweight, reusable tools for organizers using Matrix. The goal is to create new features that enhance existing organizing workflows in chat apps like WhatsApp without overwhelming users with complicated systems. Participants will form teams, develop prototypes, and share what they have built by the end of the day.
