This one-day hackathon in Zurich invites professionals to collaboratively develop innovative ideas to promote adult employability and to network. The focus is on creativity, exchange, and interdisciplinary collaboration to solve challenges such as participation in further training in precarious employment conditions or the visibility of informally acquired competencies. Participants work in small, diverse teams on concrete areas of action and present their solutions in short pitches.
