The "Hackathon Hack the Food System" is a 48-hour online event that brings together students, professors, researchers, and entrepreneurs to develop innovative solutions for educational tools and methods in food entrepreneurship and innovation. Registration is free, and the winning team gets a chance to participate in the European final. The Hackathon is supported by the Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra and is part of the DigiEduHack initiative, taking place simultaneously in 50 cities worldwide.
