# Tech Talent Program: Deep Tech Journey

This twelve-week program allows students to solve a real industry challenge and build a working prototype in a team of five. It provides access to MotionLab.Berlin's labs, mentorship, and a vibrant community. The program culminates in a 'Graduation Day' where results are presented to industry, and it is free for students from Berlin and Brandenburg. Every team gets a dedicated tech mentor and business mentor. You also get access to the MotionLab.Berlin talent pool and alumni network after the program.
